On top of the world

Ann and Nic met on the dance floor at a Pride event–possibly the most fun circumstances under which two people can meet. Ann saw Nic across the room in a beautiful white dress–she had a mutual friend introduce her, and the two became fast friends. Five years passed and Ann moved out of the city. Nic asked if she could come visit–and that’s when they finally took the leap and fell in love.

They came all the way from Canada to get married in New York City and they did it right. Ann and Nic chose one of the most iconic rooftops our city has to offer–the Top of the Rock–and they headed straight to the observation deck for their wedding ceremony. They said their vows with a panoramic view of Manhattan, surrounded by a gorgeous sunset and clapping on lookers. Afterwards, they took a stroll through Central Park and had dinner at Tavern on the Green. As Carrie Bradshaw would say: “classic New York”.

Get married however you please.
