Hannah & Stevie’s High Line Elopement

Hannah and Stevie met working at the same newspaper. But it wasn’t until four years later, when Hannah thought she saw Stevie walking down her street, that the two hit it off.

She messaged him on Instagram, and even though it wasn’t him, the two got talking anyway.

They’ve been together every since, enjoying lots of NFL weekends in London, traveling the world, visiting museums, and watching movies.

They (briefly) left behind their four cats—Bill Murray, Ripley, Luna, and Larry David—in Glasgow for unmistakably New York elopement.

Down to the subway and onto Vinnie’s Pizzeria

The afternoon started in Brooklyn with getting-ready photos and a first look at the hotel. Then a vintage taxi picked them up and carried Hannah & Stevie across to Manhattan’s High Line.

They walked up onto the elevated park and got married there mid-afternoon. Then it was off the High Line and down into the subway for a quintessential NYC adventure, complete with a few slices from Vinnie’s pizzeria in Brooklyn.
