Top of the Rock at Sunset

Ann and Nic met on the dance floor at a Pride party, which is about the best way two people can meet. Ann spotted Nic across the room in a white dress and got a mutual friend to introduce them. They became fast friends.

Five years later, Ann had moved away from the city. Nic asked if she could come visit, and that's when it turned into something more.

An evening stroll through Manhattan

Ann and Nic flew in from Canada to get married in New York, and they went big. They chose the observation deck at Top of the Rock, at sunset, with all of Manhattan behind them. People on the deck stopped to watch and clapped when it was done.

Afterward, they walked through Central Park and finished the night with dinner at Tavern on the Green. That's about as New York as a day gets.
